ANY sports, programs or fitness memberships the
following documents are REQUIRED:
HOMEOWNERS:
Drivers license or picture ID
Most recent utility bill
Staff will confirm homeowners address with Berkeley
County records
RENTERS:
Drivers license or picture ID
Most recent utility bill
Original rental agreement
