CALL TO ORDER:
Mr. Glass
called the meeting to order at 1:03 p.m.
Mr. Glass
started the special meeting with an overview of the contract with the City of
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mr. Starr
made a motion to go into executive session at 1:10 p.m. to discuss legal
matters, seconded by David Kennedy, all in favor, motion carried.
Mr. Starr
made a motion, seconded by Mr. Lindsay to come out of executive session at 3:55
p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
Mr. Kennedy
made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 4:00pm, seconded by Mr. Starr, all in
favor, motion carried.
